Job Description
Consilium Marine US is seeking a Trainee to join our Team in Fort Lauderdale. The Trainee principle duties are divided into two parts.

* Quality Engineering
With a close cooperation with the Quality Manager develop and document internal routines and processes of the Company, such as
- System Sales process.
- Project Team process.
- After Sales process
- Finance process.
The goal is to get the company approved to ISO9001-2015 certification by a third party, before the trainee ends the program.

* Project Leader
The trainee will be a member of the project team and handle small and medium sized projects. As part of the project department, they will create the bridge between sales and after sales. Working directly with internal departments and external clients to ensure all projects are undertaken on time and within budget. A typical project could be an installation of an Emission Monitoring System. Meaning the project leader is responsible for the project from order taken, until the system is commissioned and handed over to the end customer, normally a Cruise liner.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
* Develop the business management system to meet company values, goals and requirements of ISO 9001 certification.
* Write processes and internal routines. Implement these and inform to the teamscv
* To make demands and results on the organization's application and development of the business management system and the group's processes
* Collects purchase orders from Sales Dept and checks for correct pricing, achievable delivery times and correct technical solution as per Consilium guidlines and regulatory rules.
* Create project time lines identifying key dates, milestones, risk factors.
* Monitors project progression ensuring milestones and other important dates are kept.
* Communicates directly with clients concerning all aspects of their projects, pro-actively identifying and informing any possible deviations from initial project plans.
* Communicates with Consiliums service departments for commissioning engineer bookings.
* Arranges installation services with 3rd party installation agencies and overseas all logistics regarding installation materials, tools, labor, travel and accommodation.
* Collect all relevant documentation in a project case, evaluates, checks and produces a final customer invoice within 7 days of project completion date.
* Performs additional duties as required.
* Performs other related duties as required.

Benefits:

Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a trainee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

While performing the duties, the trainee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbing all day. The trainee must frequently lift and move items over 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
